If Heluro Glow Bar doesn't help you achieve brighter, more even-toned skin without burning, irritation, or staining, contact our support team within 60 days of delivery and we'll help you request a refund — no need to send the product back unused. We know you need to actually try it to know if it works for you.

 

To request a refund, simply reach out to us at helurostore@gmail.com within 60 days of receiving your order. You'll need your receipt or proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email).

 

Since Heluro Glow Bar is a personal care product, for hygiene reasons we do not require you to return the used item. Once your refund request is reviewed and approved, we'll process it directly — no shipping label, no return package needed.

 

Please note: the $4.95 shipping fee charged at checkout is non-refundable, regardless of the reason for your return. You will be refunded 100% of the product price only.

 

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at helurostore@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions

We cannot offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.

 

We also do not accept returns or refund requests for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

 

Address errors, refused deliveries, or other issues resulting from customer error are handled under our Shipping Policy and are not covered by this guarantee.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. To exercise this right, contact us at helurostore@gmail.com. In this case, we will also refund the standard shipping cost you paid at checkout, as required by EU consumer protection law. Depending on the condition of the product at the time of cancellation, we may deduct a proportional amount reflecting any reduction in value caused by use beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the product.

 

Refunds

We will review your request and notify you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be refunded 100% of the product price to your original payment method within 10 business days. The $4.95 shipping fee is non-refundable, except where required otherwise by law (see EU section above). Please note it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
